With over 29 years of experience in early childhood education, I bring a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and heart to everything I do. I’ve had the privilege of working across Montessori, Reggio, Traditional, and Blended curriculum programs, which has given me a versatile and well-rounded perspective on how children learn.

Throughout my career, my mission has remained the same: to nurture children through high-quality programs that support the cognitive, social, and emotional development of every child. I am deeply passionate about creating inclusive, engaging learning environments, mentoring fellow educators, and partnering with families to build truly supportive communities.

At the heart of my leadership is the philosophy of "Ubuntu"—the belief that “I am because we are.” I strive to bring this spirit into my work every day, fostering deep connection, respect, and a sense of belonging for children, teachers, and families alike.
