This guided session includes:
- gentle warm-up
- active standing movements
- balance work
- stretching
- cool down
We'll close with a soothing sound bath meditation to help you fully unwind.
Please bring your own outdoor mat and any props. A limited number of mats will be available.
Proceeds provide children in our community with access to a safe and enriching summer experience.
